Hello my dear flist,

At the moment I'm extremely busy with work, the law advice clinic and my thesis and I just don't get around reading everything. I'm really behind on all your entries and I'm really sorry. I'm also going to Turkey next week and after that I'm going to spend a few weeks in France, so it's probably best to announce my hiatus now.

I'll be back mid-August! Have a great summer everyone!!

I'm also kinda bummed I won't be here for the awesome Tochwood-week and the HBP release 15 July, but I hope you still want to discuss these things in about a month xD

Just a quick few things:

1) David Tennant is now sideburn-less and it makes me sad. Even though he looks younger, the Doctors sideburns are now gone :(

2) I don't do Twitter. I don't see the point, but I do follow 2 (!) people on Twitter. One of them is Misha Collins. Not only is he drop-dead gorgeous, he is also the most hilarious Twitteree ever. PLUS HE MAKES MANIPS. HOW FREAKING AWESOME IS HE? EVERYONE SHOULD FOLLOW MISHA COLLINS ON TWITTER, YOU WILL BE OVERWHELMED BY HIS AWESOMENESS.

Seriously, is there any other fandom where you can be THIS EXCITED about SPOILERS? I THINK NOT. ILU DOCTOR WHO and spin-offs.

( Doctor Who - Tenth Doctor SPOILERS, you probably already know, but well this is still a super-exciting SPOILER CUT )

On a completey different subject, as I was trying to study for my exams and thinking about a subject for my thesis, my eye suddenly fell on the Pilot of The Big Bang Theory and I DONT KNOW WHY I HAVENT NOTICED THIS AWESOME SHOW BEFORE. I have now watched both seasons in three days and fortunately these episodes are only 20 minutes, because otherwise my books wouldn't even be open.

This show has awesome references to my other favorite shows. There's even a DALEK in Sheldons and Leonards appartment! And Sheldon mentions Doctor Who. And he listens to the commentary on the BSG DVDs. LOVE.

Sheldon Cooper is my new favorite character and I am now a Sheldon/Penny shipper. Yay :D

And now, I should really go back to my books.. first exam tomorrow :/

CHUCK IS RENEWED!!

CHUCK IS ALIVE!! 13-episode pick up YES.

BEST WAY TO START A DAY/WEEK. I TOTALLY NEED A CHUCK ICON TO CELEBRATE THIS WITH AND I NOW WONDER WHY I DONT HAVE ANY CHUCK ICONS, THAT IS RIDICULOUS.

I also haven't even mentioned that other thing that is BIG and SO MUCH LOVE and I'm ofcourse looking at that HUGE DOCTOR WHO CASTING SPOILER that makes me super-excited. And I don't know if I'm more excited for this casting spoiler or for that other one in DW with a certain person I LOVE. I WANT THEM ALL TO HAVE SCENES TOGETHER AND BE SUPERAWESOME.

Not only is DOLLHOUSE renewed (YAY), but also Scrubs :D I didn't even know the show would go on without Zach Braff. I thought he definitely said this would be his last season and I assumed that would mean the last season of Scrubs and I was watching the finale as a SERIES finale and now it's RENEWED and Zach Braff will be back for 6 episodes and could this day start off any better?! I THINK NOT.
Unexpected!happiness is the best kind of happiness=D

I also tried to convert some friends into watching Doctor Who. Sadly I only have the series 1 DVD box (long story, in my country they have the complete first series in a box, but they don't sell the second series as a complete boxset but per 3 episodes and I want them in one box. And they don't sell the third and fourth series at all. I could obviously buy from Amazon or something, but I want other people to watch it as well and they won't watch anything without Dutch subtitles.) Anyways, I wondered what would be the best episode from series 1 to show them and then to fall completely in love with the show.
I let my brother watch The Empty Child and he totally loved it and he just HAD to see The Doctor Dances and after that we watched the entire box in 2 days, so I thought The Empty Child would be a good episode to show my friends. But they hated it.

"It's so unreal, What's that blue box? It travels through time and space... OK.. An invisible spaceship..? So that Jack guy is from the future..?"

And they didn't even want to watch The Doctor Dances afterwards.How can you not want to see how it ends..?. I'm starting to wonder why these people are even my friends. I really thought this would be the best episode to get them into Doctor Who, because they love scary things and I thought the 'Are you my mummy' and the kids in gasmasks were scary enough. Maybe I just should've started with Rose, but now they don't want to watch anything DW related anymore. Maybe if I ever get my hands on series 2 with Dutch subtitles in a complete boxset, they will be distracted by the pretty that is Ten and then learn to appreciate the story afterwards.

Ooh and both LOST and Supernatural ended in WHITE BLASTS. HOW AWESOME ARE THESE SHOWS.

WTF and YAY

I guess no HIMYM yesterday?

I've also been catching up on Merlin, which is a really good show and it might just become a new obsession.

Another British show I'm excited about is ofcourse Doctor Who, new episode SATURDAY WOOP. And I'm going to try to watch it LIVE this time. It's ridiculous that I actually have BBC1 and that I've only ever seen DW once on my actual tv screen and that time only half of it, so this is going to be the saturday that I'm going to do that. I'm going to set every alarm clock I have. I don't care we're in the middle of Easter Dinner, I am going to watch :) I'm incredibly sad David Tennant is leaving, but I'm also SUPER EXCITED about the CASTING SPOILERS for his last episodes. At least one of the rumours is true and THERE ARE PHOTOGRAPHS TO PROOF THIS AWESOME TRUTH. His last episodes are going to be so awesome, even though I'm surely going to cry when he finally regenerates :(

Helloo everyone who hasn't deleted me from their flist yet! I am very sorry to say that I haven't been around as much as I wanted to, but I wanted to let you know that I am going to change my ways and try to post/comment more :D

And that's the good announcement. The not so good and frankly kind of sad announcement is that the YouTube people are after me with their copyrights. They've already deleted four of my House/Cameron music videos and since I didn't want to get in any trouble (they also threaten you in emails that you have to pay any damages that I may have caused) and I'm a Law student after all, I decided to delete my account. And now I'm sad because I've put a lot of work in some of the videos :( Meh. Aww, well.

One more good thing. BSG IS RETURNING TOMORROW! WOOP.

And to make up for my absence I give you,.. a (very small) picspam of my favorite men in TV at the moment :D

Harry Potter / Doctor Who ?!

I had a great summer, but when I finally got back to the internet I found the new Harry Potter Trailer. Loved it. But then Tom said "You're the Doctor, aren't you?" and I nearly fell off my chair xD Doctor Who reference Y/Y?

So then I found this fanmade HP/Doctor Who Trailer and well, its awesome xD Love it when the Doctor gives that speech and always love it when he says 'Allons-Y'. Makes me smile :)

Frick!

I am now openly professing my love for Gossip Girl. Because that show is just made of awesome! And that's not just because it's the ONLY show I currently watch due to the ever-lasting writers strike. I love each and everyone of the characters and last nights episode was just brilliant. I love Rufus and Lily, Dan and Serena and the awesomeness that is Blair Waldorf. Nate is kind of a dork, but a HOT dork. And Chuck.. Well, he's obviously the bad guy, but Im always the one who goes for the bad guys because I believe they have a heart of gold somewhere. Just like House xD Damn you writers strike! So this was the season finale of Gossip Gilr? I need more :/

So I finally decided which Master Im going to do if I get my Bachelor this year. Now all I have to worry about is passing the freakin exam I still have to study for. I don't know whats wrong with me, but just can't do anything. And I thought I started well this morning. Made my coffee, drank my energy drinks and sat in front of my desk with my books.

Then I decided I still had to go to the cinema to get a voucher for someones bday, then I went to the supermarket, bought more energy drinks, chocolate and snacks. I put it all on my desk and thought that this would finally be the day that I would actually OPEN the book, but ofcourse not.
Phone keeps ringing, people asking me if I can work tomorrow, said no ofcourse, because i have to study, not that that's going to happen but welll....... I'm just freaking out here, I have like ZERO concentration after the holidays. AAHH!! <see icon>
