 Welcome new friends! :D

One thing you should probably know about me is that I am a huge DOCTOR/ROSE shipper and that my posts most likely contain at least one reference to Doctor Who and/or David Tennant. So there it is. :)

Yesterday I played squash and I was talking to my friend about Sherlock and how completely awesome it is . This is the same friend who fell asleep during RDJs Sherlock Holmes, so I was really glad he liked the BBC version. He also hates Doctor Who, so yeah, I'm not sure why I keep pushing him to watch my shows, because he keeps making fun of Doctor Who, WHICH IS NOT COOL. FEZES ARE THOUGH. Anyway, he doesn't know that much about Sherlock Holmes and he was all like: "Yeah, but they took stuff from House, because you know, sociopath and Watsons cane! House has a cane! And you know James Wilson and John Watson.. that's like the same name, huh! Sherlock is hardly an original series"    :/

Continuing the 30 days TV meme:
Day 02 - A show that you wish more people were watching

The Thick of it is a show that is absolutely brilliant, comedy genius en so true. I don't know that many people who like this show though, I have the feeling that it's a very small fandom, or I'm just looking the wrong way.

Stealing off Wiki:
The action centres on the fictitious Department of Social Affairs and Citizenship ("DoSAC" – previously the Department of Social Affairs, or "DSA", prior to the reshuffle of episode five), which supposedly came out of the Prime Minister's passing enthusiasm for "joined-up government". Thus, it acts as a "Super Department" overseeing many others, which enables different political themes to be dealt with in the programme, similar to the Department for Administrative Affairs in Yes Minister.
Hugh Abbot is a blundering minister heading the department, who is continually trying to do his job under the watchful eye of Malcolm Tucker, Number 10's highly aggressive and domineering "enforcer".

Why is this show so good? Because Peter Capaldi as Malcolm Tucker the spin doctor is amazing. He is Scottish and when he's angry (most of the time, because the DoSAC department is kind of ... stupid, he has these great long rants and he uses hilarious methaphors.

You should probably not watch this show if you don't like swearing, because Malcolm Tucker swears.. a lot.

Well at least he learned something new now. *ggg*

Doctor/Rose are like my absolute OTP!!! I have other OTPs from time to time but none is as serious to me as them. I also totally miss seeing David and Billie together on screen. Their chemistry is awesome!
